For the definitive confirmation of your reservation, a deposit of 15% - 20% per week and apartment is required. The outstanding amount can be paid by bank transfer, cheque or cash at the property.
Our apartments are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. Please inform us in advance if you will arrive after 10 pm. You can also arrive earlier by arrangement. We kindly ask you to leave the apartments until 9.30 am on the day of departure. We would appreciate you letting us know your approximate arrival time a few days before your arrival.
Please let us know if you will be arriving by bus or train and we will happily pick you up from the nearest stop.
Your deposit will be retained or credited for a future stay (1 year) if a booking is cancelled within 30 days before your arrival. For a no-show without cancellation, or early departure, we charge 100% of the total price.
Your pet is welcome to stay with us upon arrangement (not in all apartments).
For this we charge a supplement of 10,00 - 15,00 € / night. Please provide your own blanket or basket.
